►  Executed conceptual and schematic design, and prepared schematic design entitlements documents package.
►  Utilized Revit and SketchUp software for design development, and conducted material research.

►  Conducted background research for projects and organized presentation for the director of Shenzhen Office.
►  Prepared representations for different agencies like developers, government agencies and local communities.
►  Collaborated with leadership in the development of documents, from conceptual to schematic design.
